Naveda ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Naveda customer mobile application and related ordering services for NAVEDA WORLD BITES AND BREWS LIMITED — restaurant, supermarket, and bar & lounge.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our app to browse menus, place orders, and upload payment receipts.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order notes, items in your cart, order totals, and payment receipt images you upload.

We store your phone number locally on your device (if you choose) to speed up future orders and to look up your order history with us.

Cart contents may be stored on your device until you check out or clear the cart.

Technical data such as app version and API requests may be logged on our servers for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, verify bank transfer payments, communicate order status, improve our service, and comply with applicable law.

Receipt photos are used only to confirm payment for your order.

Photos and device permissions

The app may request access to your photo library so you can upload a payment receipt. We do not access your photos except when you choose an image to upload for an order.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share order details with staff and service providers who help us operate the business (for example hosting and payment verification). We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may contact us to ask about deletion where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please use the app on trusted networks when submitting orders.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can choose not to provide optional fields where marked. Clearing app data on your device removes locally stored cart and saved phone number.

Delete or access your data: Use our data deletion and access request form or the “Delete my data” option in the Naveda app (Privacy section). Deletion removes your customer profile, receipt images, and personal details on orders (order totals may be kept in anonymized form for accounting).
